Middleby Coffee Solutions Group is seeking a standalone People (HR) Director to oversee the entire people function including strategy, recruiting, performance, and compliance. This role reports directly to the President and requires a strong presence in the organization, building a culture of trust and engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven HR background in manufacturing, familiarity with the Seattle talent landscape, and strong interpersonal skills.
