What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with business and finance stakeholders to seamlessly align technology solutions with overarching strategic objectives.
• Translate intricate business requirements into precise, actionable plans that guide development teams to successful execution.
• Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for critical system implementations, guiding strategic investment decisions.
• Proactively identify and expertly resolve complex business challenges, leveraging deep technical expertise to optimize processes and seize emerging opportunities.
• Design, develop, and meticulously maintain robust databases, insightful reports, and interactive dashboards that bring key performance indicators to life.
• Develop and implement comprehensive metrics to meticulously track and manage overall inventory, pinpointing excess and driving unparalleled efficiency across the entire supply chain.
• Harness the power of extensive datasets and advanced automation tools to construct a holistic, real-time view of supply chain operations, empowering data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as a crucial liaison, bridging the gap between operational units and the finance organization, ensuring technical solutions precisely meet user needs.
• Masterfully manage multiple concurrent projects, contributing significantly to organizational goals within collaborative project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and sophisticated data analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing impactful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics specifically for inventory management and comprehensive reporting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to skillfully manipulate large datasets and perform complex data analysis to unearth critical insights.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies, specifically applied to enhance inventory management and reporting processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management acumen, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from initial conception through successful completion.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems, robust database management systems, and advanced reporting tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in expertly querying databases, constructing dynamic reports, and creating intuitive dashboards.
