Our Ideal candidate is: A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional. You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing. You have a strong desire to learn and take a leading role in staff education and development. What you bring to the table: 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant Exceptional communication skills Expansive food and beverage knowledge Experience in recipe development, inventory management, and staff education Experience in promotions and social media marketing is a plus Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time At least 21 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time Pay Range - $47-83/hr ($17-18/hr. + $40-65/hr in Tips) The Mina Group, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
