Fatherhood Program Outreach & Retention Specialist
SCO Family of Services
A community service organization in Brooklyn is seeking an Outreach & Retention Specialist to support non-custodial fathers through individual and group services. The ideal candidate will develop effective recruitment strategies and engage with families. Responsibilities include conducting outreach events, coordinating support groups, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualifications include a high school diploma, experience working with families, and excellent outreach skills.
