Help create an exceptional customer experience Grow with a thriving office committed to quality, performance, and community Experience a top-notch support system and an agent that invests in you and your future What you’ll do: Handle customer requests with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency Oversee day-to-day workflow, priorities, and follow-up to keep service levels strong Help improve processes and identify ways to streamline communication Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners Process insurance claims and follow up with customers Offer & sell financial service products when they fit the needs of our customers What We’re Looking For Strong customer service mindset—calm, confident, and solutions-oriented Excellent communication skills (coaching, feedback, and professional correspondence) Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards Tech-comfort and a willingness to learn State Farm tools quickly Experience in insurance/customer care is a plus (but the right leader who can learn fast is welcome!) Previous customer service experience preferred.
