Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Experience That May Be a Fit
- Insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, and general liability claims.
- Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and litigation strategy.
- Working with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insured clients.
- Evaluating liability, damages, settlement opportunities, and litigation exposure.
- Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial.
