The Role:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role at our Florence, Kentucky location. The Sales Professional will be responsible for building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored signage and visual communication solutions. The role involves proactively generating leads, delivering sales presentations, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via email, phone, and in person to foster lasting relationships
• Craft estimates, pursue the “deal”, manage work orders, and ensure prompt delivery of projects
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to business and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Sales experience with the ability to develop leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the sign industry and/or construction industry is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and identify their needs
• Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy at all times and prevent mistakes for customers
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment

Details:

• Full-time position.
• Earnings Potential: $90,000+ annually, based on performance (Base salary with commission)
• Exempt, salary with commission
• Bonus: Annual plan based on team and individual performance.
• Benefits: Paid time off after 90 days, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.
• Schedule: Generally, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Extra hours as needed to complete the job.
• Experience: Sales (5+ years), Customer service (2+ years), Signage (2+ years preferred, but not required)
