We look forward to hearing from you!**Position Summary:**The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for day-to-day HR Operations and providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to foster a positive work environment.**Position Responsibilities:**Employee Relations* Serve as first point of contact for employees such as addressing concerns, payroll and benefits inquiries, leaves of absence, immigration and mobility, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.* Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and implementing solutions.* Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints in accordance with company policies.* Responsible for HR operations of employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding.* Promote, manage and maintain employee relations programs and drive employee engagement.* Partner with benefits consultants to resolve any claims and coverage issues.Performance Management* Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.* Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues and documentation.* Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.Employee Development and Training* Coordinate and deliver employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.* Identify training needs and work with managers to develop and implement employee development plans.* Maintain training records and track employee progress.Compliance and Reporting* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.* Assist with report generation, maintenance and distribution.* In partnership with HR team, draft, maintain, and keep up to date all HR policies to ensure compliance.* Communicate and inform key stakeholders of all legislative changes and support with implementation of any changes are required.Other Duties* Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.* Support the HR functional teams in the planning, implementation, execution and roll-out of HR programs and processes.* Assist with local event planning and recognition programs.* Provide support to the HR team and other departments as needed.**Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:*** Strong organizational and time management skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.* Ability to communicate verbally and written in English is a nice to have.**Position Qualifications:****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.**Experience:*** 3-5 Years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.***Disclaimer**: This list does not represent all physical demands.
