Training Analyst Sales and Client Management

Position Summary Gain process knowledge in order to support onboarding and training initiatives. Develop and maintain training processes for internal team members. Works closely with other business teams to manage onboarding items, provide training sessions, and create as well as maintain work instructions and procedures put in place for internal and external teams. Duties & Responsibilities Supports the design and development of training programs aligned to organizational goals Delivers effective training sessions and workshops for employees Evaluates training effectiveness and recommends improvements based on feedback and assessments Partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training content Maintains accurate training records and documentation in compliance with policies Provides timely support to employees during and after training Assists with training strategies that support employee growth and performance Analyzes training data and prepares summary reports for management Keeps current on training and development best practices and recommends enhancements Required Qualifications Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to support training initiatives 1–3 years of experience analyzing training effectiveness, using feedback/data to recommend improvements Preferred Qualifications Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills Ability to confidently present to large groups and deliver engaging public speaking sessions Education Bachelor's degree preferred or High School Diploma and prior relevant work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
