Job Description
A semiconductor equipment company in San Jose is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to support Corporate Real Estate initiatives across the U.S. portfolio. This individual will manage office build-outs, MEP-focused construction projects, and physical security upgrades across existing and new facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Lead office build-outs, tenant improvements, and facility upgrades ranging from smaller projects (~$25K) to larger capital initiatives.
- Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) scopes, including reviewing drawings, coordinating contractors, and supporting technical discussions.
- Manage physical security projects, including camera systems, access control, and related facility security initiatives.
