As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and managing construction projects from start to finish. This role demands a high level of responsibility and commitment, and requires a professional who is adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is passionate about achieving excellence in the field of commercial construction. Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, design, procurement, construction, and completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues. Manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and building codes to ensure project accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and direct construction teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee procurement and management of construction materials. Conduct project estimations and manage change orders. Represent the owner in all aspects of the construction process. Manage project bidding, submittals, and construction scheduling. Ensure site safety and manage on-site activities. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management. Experience with Fortune 500 companies and/or with tenant improvement (TI) projects Proven experience in risk and contract management, procurement, negotiation, blueprint reading, contract negotiation, construction management, budget management, pre-construction, project estimation, change orders, team leadership, construction drawings, materials management, building codes, project coordination, site management, construction scheduling, project bidding, submittals, construction estimating, and owner representation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and coordinate work teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage budgets and project resources effectively. Proficient in relevant software and technology. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are an advantage.
