Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Surgery - $31-43 per hour

Detroit Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Ambulatory Surgery located in Hamtramck, Michigan. Job Summary The RN is part of the Patient Care Services Team, responsible for completing nursing care for a group of patients and their families through independent judgment and collaboration. This includes leadership, partnership, teaching, supervision, and assessment of patient needs on shift. Responsibilities Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers. Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care. Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members. Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge. Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision‑making activities. Qualifications Graduation from a school of nursing required. BSN preferred. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required. Compensation 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, staff position.
