Role Description We're hiring a Customer Success/Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic client accounts across health systems, ACOs, IPAs, and provider groups. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive and clinical leaders, guiding clients to measurable results in their value-based care programs — shared savings, RAF accuracy, HEDIS/Stars improvement — while identifying opportunities to grow the partnership. Built for someone who has lived this work operationally and now wants to guide clients to success from the outside. What we're looking for: – 8+ years of healthcare leadership experience within or serving ACOs, IPAs, or health systems

• Hands-on experience with value-based care programs (MSSP/ACO, risk adjustment, HEDIS/Stars)
• A track record building trusted-advisor relationships at the executive level
• Strong data fluency across quality, coding, claims, and utilization data
