The Technical Support Engineer ensures Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis

As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

*Ensuring operational compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process

*24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed

*Focusing on preventing failures through active monitoring and corrective action planning

*Facilitate or lead incident investigations and develops RCA reports, technical or field bulletins

*Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from root cause analysis investigations

*Sharing lessons learned with the field population

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Displays initiative, is self-driven and flexible

• Thorough understanding of P/L technology and Service Delivery requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to develop and mentor

• Availability on call outside of normal business hours

• Good communication skills

• High school Diploma or equivalent
