Quality Manager

Twin City Staffing is hiring a quality manager for a direct-hire role in Fridley! This is a high-impact, in-person position responsible for managing all quality assurance functions and ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards. Location: Fridley, MN (In-Person)


Wage: $80,000 - $140,000/year, DOQ


Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities quality manager:

• Manage QA functions to ensure industry compliance
• Maintain systems for NADCAP and ISO 14001
• Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Prepare for and lead internal and external audits
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Mentor and develop the quality assurance team
• Analyze quality data and report metrics to leadership
• Collaborate across departments to promote best practices

Requirements quality manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Engineering
• Proven experience in quality management roles
• Strong understanding of NADCAP and ISO 14001 standards
• Proficiency in quality management software
• Experience in the plating industry or similar fields
• Six Sigma or other quality certifications
• Ability to work 100% on-site
