Sales Manager - Valley Fitness Atascadero

Valley Fitness Atascadero is seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Atascadero, CA. Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience , preferably within the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets , with strong closing abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to build rapport and convert leads into long-term, loyal members.
• Demonstrated leadership experience , including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools , with the ability to leverage data to track performance, refine strategies, and drive measurable results.
