Director of Subscriber Growth

To drive subscriber growth strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Subscriber Growth will manage acquisition initiatives, communicate performance insights to senior leadership, and optimize conversion processes in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to enhance subscriber acquisition and retention Communicate strategic direction and growth opportunities to senior leadership Collaborate with Product teams to improve conversion experiences and registration flows Required qualifications 10+ years in digital marketing or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based business 4+ years of experience leading high-performing teams Proven track record in driving growth through acquisition strategies and conversion optimization Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing metrics Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and data analysis tools
