This role has the unique opportunity to be an expert on all parts of the business and deliver information in a clear, efficient and helpful way. The ideal candidate will strive to exceed the customer satisfaction benchmark and go above and beyond to ensure a positive dealership experience. Must have at least 2 years' experience in a dealership BDC and management experience is highly preferred.
