Business Development Specialist

One Source Staffing is a well-respected, fast-growing staffing and recruiting firm with a 20% compound annual growth rate over the last five years. We're looking for a driven, early-mid career sales professional to help us keep that momentum going. About the role This is a field-forward B2B sales position. As a Sales Consultant, you'll prospect new clients and build relationships with manufacturers throughout Racine and Kenosha counties, partnering with our Operations team to deliver staffing solutions. What you'll do Prospect and develop new client relationships through in-person meetings, cold calling, referral leads, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo outreach Deliver presentations introducing our staffing solutions to local manufacturers Conduct discovery and craft tailored staffing proposals that solve client problems Partner with Operations to ensure excellent service delivery and grow accounts Manage an active pipeline using HubSpot CRM Negotiate contracts, close deals, and exceed sales targets Who we're looking for Natural relationship-builder energized by field work and face-to-face interaction Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based earning Coachable, curious, and a confident communicator Organized, process-driven, and committed to follow-through Qualifications 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (internships, retail, and sales roles all count) Bachelor's degree preferred, not required HubSpot or CRM experience a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base + uncapped commission · Health/Dental/Vision · 401(k) with 4% match · PTO & Holidays · Travel Reimbursement · Referral Bonuses · Fast-track career growth · Catered lunches #J-18808-Ljbffr
