Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current CCC-SLP certification, or eligibility with a CFY
• Valid state licensure as required
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
• Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment for students with a range of speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Provide therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit diverse learning styles and abilities
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
• Offer guidance and resources to support student integration and success in the classroom
