Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desired
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs alike
• Background in pediatric therapy, preferably within school settings
• Familiarity with both individual and small group intervention models
• Strong commitment to facilitating student growth in language, articulation, and social communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Offer consultative support and training to staff on best practices in language development
