Job SummaryThis individual is tasked with overseeing and motivating operations employees to meet productivity objectives. They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Essential Job FunctionsCoordinate warehouse schedules and work closely with Operations Manager/Director of OperationsDirect warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contractsPrepare status and production reportsCommunicate receipt and processing of client productsInteracting and training of new employees including temp staffCommunicate and ensure the safety and welfare of all employeesRelated administration dutiesJob Specifications – includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditionsMinimum two years warehouse supervisory experienceAbility to become forklift certifiedUnderstanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment environment.Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork.Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.College education a plus or work experience equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC
