Operations Lead

Operations Lead Operations lead with experience in incident and monitoring. Job description includes operation experience, incident management, logs monitoring, hands on, API understanding, Dynatrace alerts and monitoring. Your tasks include defining and documenting project scope, managing and prioritizing technology driven projects, coordinating with development teams, conducting risk assessments, tracking project progress, communicating updates, ensuring best practices, utilizing Agile methodologies, working with QA teams, tracking project costs, supporting post implementation reviews, working with vendors, and implementing best practices in project management, DevOps, and software development.
