Partnerships with Microsoft and Databricks Fully remote or hybrid from several hubs (SF Bay Area, Seattle, NYC) World‑class team of Machine Learning experts who worked on cutting edge infra and recommender systems at Amazon, Uber, Twitter, Meta, etc. Product and Go‑To‑Market teams who have taken ideas from concept to 9‑figure revenue streams Benefits Competitive Base Salary Meaningful equity & financial upside – a real % of the company Annual bonus target based on personal and company performance Health, Dental, Vision available Unlimited PTO – we care about impact, not tracking days you’re out 401(k) with company match Roles & responsibilities Work closely with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth Improve business intelligence dashboards and provide insights to sales and engineering teams Implement a robust sales process by identifying gaps in sales cycles, necessary collateral, and key customer events Support strategic financing initiatives with financial analysis, projections, and due diligence materials Develop partnership agreements, pricing frameworks, and process playbooks for new product lines Build analytics infrastructure for campaign performance, marketing ROI, and revenue attribution Qualifications 5+ years with relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, analytics or related fields Experience at a high‑growth startup (AI or adtech a plus) Fluency in Excel; experience with SQL and AI tools Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models and processes from scratch Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road‑blocks Base salary range: $150,000–$200,000.
