The Role We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Store General Manager to lead our Woodlake location. As the highest‑ranking leader at your store, you'll oversee every department — Kitchen, Front of House, and Carnicería — and be responsible for the people, operations, and culture that make your location run well. You won't be working the stations yourself; you'll be building and leading the team that does. What you’ll be responsible for Overall store operations and daily performance across all departments Leading, coaching, and holding accountable your Assistant Manager and department heads Hiring, onboarding, and building a strong team Approving inventory and stock orders Financial reporting, cash handling oversight, and POS reconciliation Customer relations and final‑level issue resolution Quality control and workplace safety standards We’ll go into full detail on day-to-day responsibilities during the interview.
