Pay New RT graduates without experience, recently ARRT certified, start at $29.11/hour. RT employees are eligible for a bonus after 1 full year of employment. We provide a comprehensive benefits package available to most employees, which includes: Medical coverage with a broad range of plans to offer more personalized coverage Dental coverage with two plan options Voluntary vision insurance Life, disability, and long‑term care insurances 401(k) with an employer match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available to all employees and their dependents at no cost Generous paid time off (based on position hours) Bonus opportunities Your day As an RT, you need to know how to: Perform X-rays in accordance with Primary Health policies and procedures Display the highest quality customer service on the phone and in person Assist Front Office Staff in managing details of patients, schedules, and referrals Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider and/or physician Provide clinical triage/communication as defined by protocol or per provider instructions Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients, including sterilization, cleaning, and checks on medical equipment Prepare basic laboratory tests on premises and prepare laboratory specimens Perform phlebotomy involved with the proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all ages Assist the back office in managing patient flow, paperwork, and documentation Provide quality patient education based on assessment of needs Perform tests and procedures as ordered Accurately document patient encounters and interventions performed Relay provider instructions to patients Assist with all non‑direct patient care tasks (autoclaving, stocking room, scanning records, mailing, etc.) Aid in identifying methods of improving patient care Assist or lead in emergency situations Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the organization, i.e., HIPAA Perform other duties as assigned Your experience We hire people, not resumes. Ability to use applicable software as required, performing the essential functions of the job.
