You will use a wide range of products, services, and Fidelity’s planning tools. Your good judgment and keen product knowledge will guide you. Instead of spending your time sourcing new customers, you will engage with existing clients and warm leads, which will allow your focus to remain where it matters most: providing investment solutions and growing relationships with a dedicated local advisor. In this role you will work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions that are in their best interest. By skillfully working with Fidelity’s planning and guidance resources, you will present and implement solutions that suit the client’s needs. This will develop a lasting impact on their financial future.The Expertise and Skills You BringFINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hireEffectively using Fidelity’s guidance tools, you engage in financial planning discussions by presenting solutions and service offerings that most closely align with client needsUsing technology, you can prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments. This helps make the best use of the client’s time and plan for follow-up after the appointment.Growing relationships through proactive outreach, you seek to understand clients’ goals and objectives and refer them to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexityA degree and/or professional certifications like a CFP or similar experience are beneficial.
