What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a busy 16-bed Level III NICU.
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 critically ill and premature newborns.
• Attend and oversee high-risk deliveries within a family-centered approach.
• Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Support over 1,100 annual deliveries in a hospital known for excellent neonatal outcomes.
• Potentially take on leadership roles for qualified candidates.

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Active licensure in Georgia or eligible to obtain
• Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Previous experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered care
