Your Role You will work collaboratively with teachers to ensure the successful operation of a classroom, while helping to build a better future for the children, their families and our communities. What You’ll Do Work effectively with other teachers in the assigned classroom and center Support the social and emotional development of children using “positive guidance” approaches to dealing with challenging behaviors Encourage the involvement of families in a Head Start program and support the development of relationships between children and their families Follow all Acelero Learning policies and procedures related to health, safety, nutrition, and other aspects of center operations What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Substitute Certification Preferred or Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree. The commitment and passion to work with children and families. Effective communication and written skills.
