Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, ventilator status, and other life-sustaining devices; respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, document care plans, and ensure accuracy and timely charting.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members; educate families on care plans and expected outcomes.
- Maintain infection control standards and patient safety practices; participate in emergency response and code procedures as needed.

Requirements
- Active Georgia registered nurse license
- ICU/critical care nursing experience (travel assignment level)
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity ICU environment and adhere to hospital policies
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment starting on the specified date
