Clackamas, OR | $26.00/hour | Full-Time | Night Shift
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to lead a small sanitation team in a fast-paced food production facility in Clackamas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Must be flexible to work varying days as scheduled, including weekends when needed.
Pay
- $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small sanitation team during the night shift.
- Clean and sanitize production floors, processing tanks, kettles, and manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure all sanitation procedures meet food safety and quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Inspect equipment and production areas to verify cleanliness before production.
- Maintain sanitation records and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
- Previous sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and around cleaning chemicals.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
