Food Safety & Quality Manager
DSJ Global
Responsible for leading food safety and quality programs across multiple manufacturing sites. Ensures compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, and GFSI standards while driving continuous improvement in quality systems, sanitation, and regulatory performance. The Food Safety & Quality Manager will have the following responsibilities: Manage food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance Oversee HACCP/HARPC, GMPs, sanitation, and audit readiness Lead internal/external audits and customer complaint resolution Maintain food safety plans, certifications, and documentation Train staff and manage quality team operations Partner with operations and R&D on compliance and improvements The ideal Food Safety & Quality Manager candidate will have the following skillset: Food manufacturing FSQA leadership experience (multi-site preferred) HACCP certified; GFSI/SQF experience strongly preferred PCQI (or willingness to obtain) Experience in regulated/high-risk environments (RTE, meat, etc. preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
