ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Adam McCarty, State Farm Agent you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our agency by building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences with our existing policy holders. You will have the opportunity to directly impact people's lives on a daily basis while also working in an environment where you are supported and appreciated. What You'll Do: * Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to insurance options, coverage details, policy updates, claims, billing, and more. * Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement and personalized support. * Leverage your consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions. * Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices, celebrate wins, and grow professionally.
