Business Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sandstone Post Acute in Bryan, OH. As a valued member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office and providing outstanding support to our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and spreadsheets
Process invoicing, payments, and insurance claims
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Perform other administrative duties as needed
