Member Service Specialist - Tempe Call Center

Wings Credit Union is launching a brand-new Call Center in Tempe, AZ. The Member Service Representative will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and educate members on credit union products and services while aiming for high-quality service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of customer service experience, with prior inbound-call experience preferred.
