Vice President, Operations

To support rapid growth and optimize operational functions, the remote-based Vice President of Data Center Operations will manage all aspects of data center operations, including facility management, capacity planning, and operational readiness, while driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for data center operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Oversee mission-critical data center operations globally, establishing operational standards and leading continuous improvement initiatives Manage operational performance and service availability, driving initiatives for uptime and resiliency across all data center sites Required Qualifications 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data center operations or related industries 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing large-scale operational organizations Proven experience leading globally distributed teams in mission-critical environments Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or Advanced Engineering degree preferred Strong understanding of critical power, cooling systems, and operational technologies
