Job Description & Requirements Gastroenterology Physician Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $620,000.00 - $620,000.00 Build a thriving GI practice with $620K base salary, flexible 7‑on/7‑off scheduling option, and excellent work‑life balance. Intermountain Health, a large not‑for‑profit health system, seeks a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to establish its first employed GI team serving Utah Valley's growing population. Opportunity Highlights Choose a traditional schedule or a 7‑on/7‑off block schedule format (block schedule will include mix of inpatient and outpatient work) Earn $620K base salary plus wRVU bonus above 4,400 per 6 months Receive additional compensation for call coverage beyond the required 1:5 schedule The incoming Gastroenterologist will practice general GI with optional ERCP and advanced procedure opportunities Address the critical GI shortage serving patients currently driving to Salt Lake City Access $40K annual bonus based on achieving specific quality metrics Collect $18K annual training stipend for first 2 years Benefit from $25K annual loan repayment over 3 years Earn up to $20K annually through the Continuous Improvement bonus Community Information Live and work in beautiful Provo, UT, an outdoor lover's paradise only 45 miles south of Salt Lake City.
