Senior Echocardiographer

City/State: Norfolk, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview Sentara Leigh in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Senior Echocardiographer. The role involves performing Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and bedside patient care. A minimum of 3 years experience is required. Requirements Bachelor's Level Degree, Associate's Level Degree – CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR High School Diploma. Echo Tech experience is acceptable in lieu of education. Basic Life Support required. Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS, RDCS or RCS) required within 12 months of hire. Minimum 3 years of experience performing Echo, Stress Echo, TEE, and Doppler ultrasound.
