Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 ) - Hybrid 4 days onsite/week
Duration: - 9+ month contract to hire

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst HCM to support a major Human Capital Management (HCM) migration from ADP to Oracle . The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, mapping current and future-state business processes, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience with ADP-to-Oracle HCM/Payroll migration is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Develop detailed user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications .
- Create current-state and future-state process maps and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support the migration of HCM/Payroll processes and data from ADP to Oracle .
- Work with stakeholders to understand existing ADP processes, configurations, integrations, and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and impacts associated with the HCM migration.
- Assist with data mapping and validation between ADP and Oracle systems.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, test cases, defect identification, and validation of solutions.
- Ensure Oracle HCM solutions align with documented business requirements and business processes.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation throughout the implementation.
- Communicate project status, requirements, risks, and issues effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience , preferably within HCM, HRIS, or Payroll environments.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process mapping .
- Experience creating user stories, BRDs, functional requirements, and process flows .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams.
- Experience supporting HCM/HRIS system implementations or migrations .
- Strong understanding of HCM and/or Payroll business processes.
