Sr Associate Finance

Senior Associate Finance We are seeking a Senior Associate in Manufacturing Finance to support financial operations across multiple functions within our manufacturing organization. The role is essential to provide financial insight, reporting, and modeling to aid decision‑making in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly expense forecasts and CPU/COGM analysis for raw materials, purchase price variances, consumables, and freight. Lead annual budgeting and long‑range financial planning. Develop and maintain SAP standard cost structures and material master entries for make items and raw materials. Perform variance analysis and provide ad‑hoc financial support. Lead month‑end accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Analyze budget/forecast deviations, recommend actions, and communicate implications to management. Create performance metrics to support management reporting and cost analysis. Facilitate business planning, decision‑making, and financial scenario modeling. Conduct comparative financial performance analyses and develop analytical models. Support transformational initiatives through automation and improvements to financial processes and reporting using Tableau, Smartsheet, and other tools. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support site objectives, and provide additional support for special projects, FP&A leadership, and audit assistance. Work on‑site at the manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio (required). Basic Qualifications Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cost accounting experience, or Associate’s degree with 6 years of cost accounting experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of cost accounting experience. Preferred Qualifications +5 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, plant finance, or financial planning and analysis. Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and product costing methodologies. Advanced proficiency in Costing SAP. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting – Hyperion, Tableau, Smartsheet; familiarity with AI tools preferred. Benefits and Compensation The expected annual salary range for this position in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Compensation is determined by experience and qualifications.
