You'll be assigned to a station inside one of our kitchens and you'll cook to spec, all night, at pace. Tickets come to you on a screen. Your job is to hit the recipe, hit the timing, and keep your station clean and stocked so the pass never waits on you.

This is a strong fit if you've worked a line before and want a place where the work is focused: no table service, no tips to chase, no five-page menu. Just your station, done right, order after order.

What you'll do

Cook menu items to recipe and portion spec at an assigned station

Read and clear tickets from the kitchen display screen; call out timing to your lead

Prep ingredients, sauces, and components to par before service

Portion, package, and label items so they arrive at the pass ready to bag

Hold hot and cold items at correct temperatures and log temps as scheduled

Keep your station stocked, wiped down, and organized throughout the shift

Follow allergen and cross-contact procedures, including the strict separation protocols for our plant-based kitchen

Break down, deep clean, and reset your station at close

Receive and put away deliveries; rotate stock first-in, first-out

Speak up immediately when you're behind, out of an item, or something isn't right

What we're looking for

6+ months of experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or food production role — or a strong willingness to be trained from day one

Comfortable working evenings and late nights, including weekends

Able to follow a recipe exactly and repeat it consistently under pressure

Basic knife skills and familiarity with a flat top, fryer, or grill

Can read tickets and item names on a screen accurately

Shows up on time, every scheduled shift

DC Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire (we'll cover the cost)

Must be 18 or older
