Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking Dental Assistants to join our exceptional civilian healthcare team supporting Naval Hospital Great Lakes in Waukegan, Illinois.

This is more than a dental assisting position-it's an opportunity to play an important role in the health and readiness of new Navy recruits as they begin their military careers . Your care and expertise will help ensure these young service members are healthy, prepared, and ready for the mission ahead.

Position Highlights

Full-Time | 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Annual Compensation: $58,157
• $500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days of employment
• $300 Referral Bonus
• 11 Paid Federal Holidays
• PTO & Sick Time

• 401(k)

Position Requirements

• Certificate or Associate Degree in Dental Assisting from a CODA-accredited program , with at least 12 months of experience within the last 36 months
• OR certification from a military dental technician/dental assistant school with at least 12 months of experience within the last 36 months
• Dental assistants trained in a dental office must have 3 years of experience and provide a letter from their current employer's HR department documenting job duties, including dental radiography
• Radiography certification with training in radiation physics, biology, health, safety, protection, and digital radiographic processing
• At least 1 year of full-time dental assisting experience after graduation
• Dental assistants trained in a dental office must have 3 years of full-time experience
• Current BLS certification
