Children's Home Manager - Manchester (TR-JOB-35203) Location: Manchester, England. Sector: Social Care. Salary: £55,000.00 to £60,000.00 per annum. Registered Children’s Home Manager – Ofsted 2-Bed Children’s Residential Home. Flexible Provision – LD / EBD. Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum DOE. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Homes Manager to lead a 2-bed children’s residential service during an exciting period of development and expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader with experience in either Learning Disabilities (LD) or Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) services. The home operates with a flexible care model, allowing support to be tailored around the individual needs of young people. As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people aged 8–17. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, leading a dedicated staff team, and helping shape the future direction of the service.
