Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a $3 million book of business, including small to middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from small to $100,000+. Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, quoting, claims processing, audits, endorsements, certificates, and billing. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a cohesive work environment. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping. Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuing education opportunities, which are fully supported and encouraged by the company. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven track record of handling both new and renewal business. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
