As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs and provide customized coverage solutions. You'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced agency leaders while developing the sales, marketing, and business management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new business production goals.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate Personal Lines, Commercial, Life, and Financial Services products.
• Cross-sell and up-sell existing customers by identifying additional coverage needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently to generate referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Life & Health license is a plus.
• Previous insurance sales or insurance agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
