Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy. Our objective is to empower people to manage their own health with improved outcomes and no medical errors. We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube. If you’re passionate about building community, increasing engagement, and growing social channels — we’d love to have you on board.
This is a chance to develop real-world social media strategy experience and grow your portfolio, all while supporting a mission-driven organization.
Job Description:
Title: Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage weekly content calendar.
- Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook TikTok, X and YouTube.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages.
- Collaborate with content creators for repurposing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, AI Agents etc.).
- Knowledge of social media best practices & analytics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
