Housekeeping Team MemberAs part of the Housekeeping Team we are looking for someone who is efficient, motivated, and possesses a friendly and courteous manner with all guests in person. The employee will be trained to clean and prepare rooms for occupancy per company standards.Essential ResponsibilitiesClean condos in Suites at Silver Tree as assignedProvide exceptional customer service to owners and guests throughout the workdayNotify supervisor of any damages, deficits and disturbances within properties as soon as possibleSupporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to owners and guestsCheck stock levels of all inventories provided and replace when appropriateCare for company equipment/cleaning materials and ensure there are no inadequaciesAdhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practicesMinimum Required Skills and CompetenciesExcellent attention to detailsMust be a team player and also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Must have reliable transportationOur hotel is open 365 days of the year. A flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays is a must!Preferred ExperiencePrevious hospitality experience is a plusPhysically you can anticipate toExpress or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verballyExert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and lift up to 30 pounds. Use your arms and legs and stand most of the time.
