design, implementation, manage, support and operation of cloud-native infrastructure and container orchestration platforms, with a primary focus on Kubernetes and AWS EKS.This role is responsible for driving platform reliability, scalability, automation, and operational excellence across critical SaaS and cloud-based workloads.You will work closely with Cloud Architecture, Security, and Engineering teams to modernize infrastructure, implement best practices, and enable application teams through self-service and platform capabilities.You will function as a senior technical leader, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and operational standards.Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position.Location: Remote USRole Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience5–7 years of progressive experience in cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes including production cluster operationsExperience with container technologies such as DockerDeep experience with AWS, including Amazon EKSStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation)Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Experience with observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar)Strong scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar)Experience with Git-based workflows and version control best practicesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesStrong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis experienceExcellent communication and cross-team
