Senior Content Marketing Manager, Global Products (Hybrid based in SF or NYC) Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance, bringing together payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers into a single system. About the role Rippling's Global product suite – spanning HRIS, Payroll, BenAdmin, Employer of Record, and Contractors – is our largest and fastest‑growing offering. As the lead storyteller for Global Products, you will research Global HR leaders, uncover their needs, and turn insights into a range of content from deep‑dive whitepapers to viral social‑first videos. You will work closely with the Core HR marketing team to integrate content with existing growth engines and create new “Global‑first” opportunities. You will be based in our San Francisco office (or NYC) and will be required to be in the office three times a week. What you will do Become an expert on Global HR leaders, immersing yourself in the community to uncover insights, pain points, and hooks. Turn complex topics into compelling stories that people want to consume. Create and write classic B2B tentpole assets such as whitepapers, reports, and launch content. Scale video production, rapidly shipping and testing new formats like video series, podcasts, and webinars. Own the Global content roadmap, setting narrative, strategy, and priorities that drive awareness and pipeline. What you will need Experimental mindset and scrappy execution, with a willingness to prototype fast and push beyond standard B2B playbooks. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across formats, from blog posts to complex whitepapers. A creator’s track record, proven by building an audience through YouTube, newsletters, or social following. Deep experience in storyboarding, scripting, and on‑camera video production. Metric obsession, using data to iterate and improve performance. A distinctive voice that brings energy, clarity, and taste while remaining credible.
