Responsibilities Model and coach for the ultimate customer experience in customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Lead with courage, delivering authentic customer service and meeting sales goals. Grow sales by maximizing opportunities and supporting the leadership team. Coach and train the team, modeling selling behaviors. Support operational excellence: getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising. Focus on customers by leading a positive and engaging shopping experience while driving key initiatives. Develop future capabilities, including key‑holder responsibilities and specialized training. Qualifications Complies with all Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follows directives of store management. Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals. Able to perform heavy lifting up to 40lbs and move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders. Has reliable transportation. Minimum age 18. Location Lynnfield, MA, USA (Full time / Part time – Part time). Compensation Pay range: $15.40 – $25.65 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
